اولین مجموعه شعرهای داود صفدریان با نام "می خوام دنبال خورشید راه بیفتم" که شامل 154 دوبیتی و 15 غزل است در بهار 1390 در تهران و توسط نشر روزگار منتشر شد.

At departing time, she took my heart, killed it,

you have thousands of buddies even without me,
I wrote one then put thousands of zeros behind it.

Who played with my heart using her charming eyes,
Who were proud of her magical wings,
I do not know if she collapsed me or built up !
Someone like us
Even if you have some words in your eyes,
